Cancellation & Refund Policy
At DP Rentals, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our clients. To ensure fairness and availability of our equipment for all customers, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all equipment hire bookings.
Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before the Booking Date Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled hire date will not incur any cancellation fee. A full refund of any amount paid will be issued.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Booking Date Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled hire date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations After Hire Has Commenced Once the hire period has commenced, no refund will be issued. The full hire cost is payable regardless of whether equipment is returned early or the booking is otherwise curtailed.
Early Return of Equipment Equipment returned prior to the agreed end of the hire period will not attract any refund or reduction in hire cost. The full booking amount remains payable for the duration originally agreed.
Deposits Where a deposit has been paid, any outstanding balance owing on the total hire cost remains payable in full upon cancellation. The client is responsible for settling the full hire amount regardless of deposit status.
